Generous and caring customer support.

<p>Some time past between my checking whether an item was in stock and making payment for it online. During that time the last item was allocated to someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Matthew and Shané went out of their way to ship me an even higher spec'd item that was in stock. I think that sort of thing is really impressive. It was a generous attempt to make a customer happy. It was an excellent response to an unfortunate situation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'd like to encourage people to do business with this company. I think you'll be impressed with their sale prices too!</p>
