Services paid for, not delivered for 2 months now

On 24 August 2015 I deposited R7500 into Derick Zwane's Standard bank account for the tombstone that was supposed to have been erected on 29 August 2015 at Vlaklaagte (Kwandebele) for my late father (Moses Mbazo Nkosi). <br> He verbally quoted R6500 over the telephone conversation for the full tombstone and the extra R1000 was for transport from Soweto to Kwandebele. He came to erect the head of the tombstone only and promised to complete his work the following week ending on 5 September 2015. He never kept his promise and every time I called him to check the progress he continued promising what he has not delivered till today. <br> He is now ignoring my calls but I still call him daily and he still doesn't answer or return my calls. Last week he accidentally answered my call but then pretended to be someone else and told me that Derick is in a meeting whereas it was clear that he is Derick. On 23 October 2015 I sent an e-mail requesting him to subtract the money for the work already done then refund the rest but he never rep**** the email. I am so desperate and would like him to urgently complete the work or refund me accordingly with immediate effect.<br> <br>
