easy terra or easy ********* *****ing from credit card

I hired a car on the 9 August 2018 using this website www.easyterra.com.Booking went through fine but at the time of collection I was refused the car because I was not a foreign nation al but a citizen of South Africa and they refused to give me the rate I app**** / booked for .Called the call centre in Germany and they explain that was a problem on their website and they will cancel booking and not charge my credit card.11 August money gets debited from my credit card . Sent them an email making them aware of this and they reuse to refund despite being told by call centre agent that I won't be debited. this is theft in my opinion.be very wary of these rough like car hire people
