shocking experience with Easysleep

What a horrific experience with this company. Its director Ruan Van der Merwe purports to be an employee but is the director. I returned the goods (which were received dirty and not in good order) on 5 December 2022. To date despite them receiving my goods no refund received. I have been advised that the finance department only returns on 16 January 2023. I called on 17 January 2023 to be told that finance department only returns on 19 January 2023. I was then sworn at by Ruan who advised me that "I can do what the **** i like" when advising that should i not received a refund i would have to refer matter to legal. Shocking experience.
