Run far away from easy sleep

Don't ever make use of easy sleep. They are expensive and their products are extremely of poor quality. 2 months After my back operation I bought a "high" quality matrass from them. R8300. It is 1 year and 7 months and the dents on the bed is so bad that I stan up every morning with backpain. I went to the store with my invoice and explianed the situation to them. I filled in a form and spoke to Fanie at Carletonville branch. I offered to give this matrass back and I will pay in R3000 more for a firmer matrass. We are moving this week to Richardsbay. When I phoned him this week he said the factory is still closed but I will have to sell this matrass privately and buy that expensive one directly. What happened to the warranty and guaranty. They are very fast to sell you something with all promises etc but once you need them this is their responce. Or they will have to fix the matress. How the hell do you fix something like a matrass that is of poor workmanship. Then in a year and 7 months I sit with the same problem. So people stay far away from easy sleep Carletonville and Fanie. This is plainly thieving
