Really Bad Service

I ordered 2 matress toppers from this company and there was an aaurance made that I would receive them on the 3 October. I then started getting nurvouse when it did not arrive given all the online ****s. I tried calling them and Courier it and no one answered. When i eventually got hold of the guy at easy sleep he was very dismissive blaming thier courier. I have tried calling back and emailing them and they have not responded in a week. This is really terrible service.
