Horrible service

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM EASY SLEEP, unless willing to LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I think it's just a bunch of ****mers disguised as a business. I have ordered a mattress on the 19th Oct'23 and on that evening I cancelled my order as I had decided to just buy a bed elsewhere, I notified easy sleep on email that same evening, the 20th I got an email from Bongi that I should send my ID and bank details and the refund will be processed after 7 days, then I called a few times and finally another name Yolanda emailed me to say the she needs my details again and will have to wait for another 7 days. and today 09th of November no sign of my refund .then I posted a comment on their facebook page, where I saw their product and they claimed I damaged their reputation and now turning this into cyberbullying, what ******* is this? everyone stay away from this business.
