Easy sleep - wrong product and terrible service

I see I am not the only one who has had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 x latex pillows, that had pictures on the website and were supposed to be cooling. When they arrived they looked nothing like the products on the website. They were hard, lopsided and not comfortable. I phoned the contact number, spoke to a man by the name of Ruan. I told him these were not the products I ordered and wanted a refund. He said oh you bought the cheap pillows! Trust me they were not cheap. He then proceeded to tell me thar if I look at a picture at KFC does my burger look the same when it arrives?!!

It has been 3 weeks and no matter how many phone calls, emails and wa etc I send they have not been collected and I have not been refunded.

He is a complete ***** and should be stopped from trading.

The worst is this is a gift for someone and now I have hard horrible pillows that I can't give to someone and no money to buy an alternate gift.
