Easy Sleep false advertising

I bought a mattress topper on the 16th November with 7 day return guaranteed as advertised on Facebook. The mattress was delivered, i sleep on it for 1 night, i send an email the next morning asking for process of returning the bed topper as my injured back was worse. I have subsequently sent 6 emails and called their office 5 times with no reply to anything. It seems this is a **** business thats advertises false information.
