Very bad service at Easy skylight

I requested the quote from easy skylights for skylight. I attached the plan of my house as other providers have been asking me to attach the plan for them to be able to send me the quote. The guy responded without even greeting and said your plan mean nothing. What do u want. I responded him say u must advise and guide me as the area of your speciality not be rude. He then responded again said he doesn't have time for lazy people like me and he wont be able to my job. I was not happy the way he spoke to me if he was not being able to help me he was just supposed to say that full stop. I think easy skylight need to improve on customer service.
