Easy Shuttle is very unreliable

My Husband had done an online booking to Villiers, he was phoned the night before the service was due and told the rates were wrong and that he needes to pay another R1000 extra. My husband thrn did the quote again to see that the issue , still thhe same price. He spoke to Witness and she was not friendly AT ALL how can someone that drops the phone in your ear work at cuatomer service. My husband wanted to speak to Nicky who is the manager apparently but Witness said that he could not. Terrible service my husband has no idea as to whether he will receive the service tomorrow morning at 8h. Definitely not people we would recommend. We hope that Nicky woukd see this email and correspond with my husband. He dis a quote, paid for it.. and now Witness tells us differently
