Bad service

I submitted a request to cancel my investment on the 6th January and I received a response that the matter will be attended to within 36 hours.Today is the 11th and there's still no feedback from Easy Properties.I am just wondering if this easy Properties is legit or if it's one way for capitec bank to ***** people's money.
