EASY PAY ****MERS

Just found out that EasyPay gave my mother a loan amounting to R4000. How did this happen cos my mother has Dementia and she does not go anywhere? How do you give an 81 year old loan? This does not make sense, They should stop ****ming old people. I am GATVOL!!! Luckily her notifications are sent to my phone, that's how i found out that she has a loan agreement.
