Cash loans ****s

I have sent an sms to bayport for a loan,one of their consultants called me and I told him that I needed 10k. The initial plan was for me to pay it back within 6 months but he said if that's the cash they will give me less of what I asked for. I then agreed to pay it back in 12 months. I'm paying R563 ,35 per month. This whole agreement was last yeah january. I called bayport these year January to confirm my last payment and to my surprise I was told that my balance is 8200 and something. They told me that I took 42 months installment which I never heard of. I asked for the agreement recording and i was told that they are not allowed to send it or even let me hear it. These means that bayport want me to pay more than 100 percent of what they have me otherwise my installment was going to be a whole lot less. I'm very frustrated because I have many other debts. If someone can please assist me because no one is willing to communicate with me at bayport. I have an I'll child and that also costs me.
