Deduction on my account that we never agreed on

I am really ****ed that the company decided to deduct a R250 in my account that we did not agree on. I was applying for a loan and they wanted to verify my account details when I woke this morning there was money off my account which does not make sense to me as I have not received any loan from this company so what exactly I'm I paying for? I wrote them an email with no response and I do need my money asap!!!!
