Easy Glaze Langebaan

This company installed a 3m * 2m double glazed window ( 15k ) at my property, problem is the frame has been installed back to front which turns this window into a gutter.. all water runs into house and sits underneath carpet rotting. Business owner was not willing to fix this, reasoning that they did not have scaffolding upon installation and therefore installed frame back to front! I will now pay another company to repair or replace frame. Panels, Rubbers and one entire double glazed window is loose on outside. This was a waist of money and regret giving my business to Easy Glaze Langebaan.
