IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PAST, CURRENT, AND FUTURE CLIENTS OF EASYGATES!!!!!

I recently discovered that there may be an issue with the motor connection, as I've had to replace the battery every three months since installation. To address this problem, I consulted an electrician for guidance. However, he advised me that any potential solutions could only be pursued after rectifying the motor connection issue.

I reached out to Easy gates for assistance in resolving this matter. The response from their Marketing and Sales Managers was as follows:

"Please note that we only quoted you to run power from a plug in your house to your gate in conduit, which is what we did."

At the time of installation, no alternatives were suggested, and I assumed that the connection was standard since Easygate handled the entire gate and motor installation.

I rep**** to the Marketing and Sales Managers, seeking a resolution and potential solutions. I even inquired if they were justifying the "******* connection." Unfortunately, I received no response until I sent a follow-up message expressing my disappointment with their lack of effort and resolution attempts.

Subsequently, they called me to discuss the connection matter and claimed that 90% of their clients have not complained about their connections, considering their connection is a standard practice for them. I had to point out that they might not be aware of the legitimacy or lack thereof, as many clients, like me, place trust in Easy gates as a company known for quality products and expertise. It appears that my trust was misplaced.

I strongly recommend that you inspect your own motor connections. According to the electrician, the nature of the connection may not comply with the law.

The fact that Easy gates does not have electricians or recommended vendors should have been disclosed to me so that I could make an informed decision. I believe they misrepresented themselves by withholding critical information that empowers clients to make informed choices.

In my quest for a solution, I scanned the QR code on the "End User Instructions," which led me to Nice South Africa. They provided valuable technical guidance and explored all potential solutions. I've been working with Rudi, who has demonstrated exceptional care and expertise. Today, Anthony went out of his way to connect me with Cathy, who recommended solutions and installers.

I have confidence that I am in capable hands, and I am optimistic about finding the resolution I seek for an issue created by Easy gates & Automation.

Kudos to Nice, who has done more for me in three days than Easy Gates has been able to do in three years.
