Misleading Travel Agency

I was introduced to these people via a friend, was flying from Durban to Jhb. Return trip. The person on the receiving end is a sweet talker, he assured me that the price I had paid was for a return trip, and I will fly as arranged. However, they had only booked my departure trip, and when it was time for me to return to Dbn, they failed to deliver and I had to book my own trip back. I was promised a refund, but to date nothing was refunded. They are ************, deceiving ****s, and I regret the day I made contact with these people. Messages went ignored,and promises not kept. I believe the person I communicated with is in Cape Town.
