Zero customer service

I wish there was an option of zero stars!

I have had absolutely shocking service over the past few weeks trying to transfer a tax-free savings account to them (really doubting that decision now!)

They do not answer emails, you cannot call them, logging a ticket does not help as they do not respond to that either. They have an AI bot on whatsapp that keeps escalating your query, but that does not help. There is literally no way of getting hold of anyone. In the mean time they are sitting with my money and not allocating it to my account.

The service is absolutely non-existent and I would not recommend them to anyone unless you enjoy struggling!
