Worst thing ever

The Service from EE is non existing. if you get actually through the ticket system you receive standard answers but no help for specific issues. Trying to close my no longer used account as they want to charge me with a monthly fee for their mandatory thrive program which occurs if you dont have enough interactions or funds in the account ... and closing account is an issue as theres always something why they can close it...

Worst thing ever - dont sign up - there are better options out there
