Worst service ever experienced.

The service i am not receiving from Easy Equities is an absolute disgrace. You cannot speak to anyone and they don't even have a contact number. They tell u they are an online business so you need to open a ticket online and wait (two weeks now) for someone to contact you. This is a trading platform and unfortunately the markets don't pause while you try and sort your admin out !!. I normally invest with Allan Gray and there customer support is outstanding. I was a fan of Easy Equties low fees but if you can never trade what is the point. You can only invest an amount according to your annual salary any amount over this and they block your funds. *** is going on. I would highly recommend avoiding this platform until they can sort themselves out.
