Worst Help Desk Experience

The Easy Equities Help Desk is non existent. Queries do not get resolved and there is no means to escalate unresolved issues. If you call the helpline, you get a message to say they are an online system and you can only send them emails - to which they never respond. The system works beautifully, until it doesn't and you need help. It is particularly frustrating as you often don't have access to your funds whilst there is a problem with their system.
