Withholding withdrawal information

Nowhere during the sign of process was made clear as to how long withdrawal of fans will take however they accept your money instantly but take up to 5 business days to send it back to you, in that time trades happen money shifts markets move and they withhold that money in order to do something else with it because nowhere on earth does it take five days for money need to be transferred.

I find this incredibly inconvenient and the fact that it is not made clear when you sign up tells me that it is something they don't want you to know.
