Withdrawal went missing

I am not happy with the service from easyequities, I made a withdrawal from easy equities foreign account 3 weeks ago and my bank hasn't received it. When I email them they telling me my money is held by Citi bank, now I don't know what to do with that information. Been following up with Easyequities but they quiet. Easyequities please fix this mass.
