Withdrawal of Funds from Easy Euities

We, as Dexters Social Club (DSC), started our account with Easy Equities (EE) in July 2020. The account number was/is EE***. During the opening of the account we had linked it to our First National Bank 32-Day Notice Account (***). The 32-Day Notice Account was used for collecting monthly contributions of DSC members. We then decided that we shall do the monthly contributions will be sent directly to the EE account. Simultaneously we decided to close down the First National Bank 32-Day Notice Account (***). Lately we decided to close down the EE Account and withdraw the money. We drew up and signed a resolution for the funds to be channeled to a specified account (which happens to be mine). EE informed us that the only account onto which money can be transferred is the First National Bank 32-Day Notice Account (***) because this is the only account that is verified but this account does not exist anymore. We have been to FNB to re-open the account but FNB told us that they cannot do that because the account had been inactive for over 8 months.
