Withdrawal Not Received After Over a Month – No Response from Support

Complaint:

I initiated a withdrawal on EasyEquities over a month ago, and to date, the funds have still not reflected in my account. I lodged a support ticket to follow up, but have received no feedback, no communication, and no resolution.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves client funds. I have used EasyEquities for some time and expected at least a basic level of accountability and response.

I now have no choice but to escalate this matter publicly. I am requesting that EasyEquities urgently respond to this issue and release my funds immediately. If there is a valid reason for the delay, I expect full transparency and regular updates—something that has been entirely lacking.

Please address this matter with urgency.
