Withdrawal difficulty.

Easy to set up account and put money in. Not easy to get money out. When you try to withdraw your funds get message "A system error has occurred while fulfilling your request. Please contact us for further assistance.' When you try to contact support with a ticket (you cant phone) you immediately get an automated message which does nothing to address the problem or the query. Completely unhelpful. Problem remains unsolved. "System error persists". It seems impossible to speak to a real live human being to sort out system errors. Worrying.
