Why i cant use the platform at present

Both my sons used Easy Equities successfully and i really wanted to use it as i like the model. However I experienced two major problems. I started with the dummy portfolio and after a month or so large quantities of the shares had simply disappeared. I them tried contacting them and besides receiving emailed apologies the issue was never fixed. I never lost money as this was the dummy portfolio, however i feel i cannot trust the platform until this problem is fixed. This is a pity as i would really like to use the platform
