Why has Easy Equities Locked up my Cash?

I have cash sitting in my account which has been locked up! I have tried to call but Covid 19 is the reason no calls are being take. I have emailed three times to ask what I must do to access my cash that is just sitting there. I’m a pensioner and need some of those funds. Is Easy Equities solvent...? I’m concerned and very worried
