Where is my money!!!!

I am disappointed with Easy Equities. I deposited R1400 into my TFSA on 24 Jan. It is now 1 Feb funds are not reflecting, I have emailed multiple times and created service tickets and keep getting automated responses. There is isn't even a number to call because this is now beyond ridiculous. EFT is supposed to take 48hrs to reflect on the account and it is beyond that timeline!!! I want my money back!!! and funds are still not reflecting. At this point I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I clearly cannot trust EE with my money!
