What has happened to easy equities.....

I've been with easy equities for more than 3 years. Today I suddenly can't sell any of my stock. Unacceptable. What happens if the share price drops suddenly tonight and I don't even have the option to sell it.... Messed up. Phone the google maps number and no one answers after 4 pm. Website help is basically useless in this scenario. Will start looking for other platforms that are similar. Website is also extremely slow. Would not invest through this flat form if I was a new investor.
