Very very bad service

I have now been trying to get my money from my satrix unit trust account which is approaching 2 weeks now with no success. I do not know what else to do about this situation and i am spending unnecessary time calling and emailing. I do not recommend this platform as it seems to have many issues that can cause your funds to be inaccessible when you need them. Ticket #524995
