Very poor support and my money has disappeared.

Easy equities is a very promising Company but the support and feed back when you ask for help is very poor. They ask you to open a ticket. I opened multiple tickets but you don’t get any feed back whatsoever and you can’t even phone them or email them - they just keep telling you to open a ticket.

I transferred R. 20500.00 into my trading account. It’s now 4 days and the money seems to have disappeared. When I open a ticket to find out what has happened to the money there is no response. When I send an email to *** no help is forthcoming. There are no phone numbers to phone and ask for feedback.
