Very poor service

Been trying for a number of days to get hold of support as my account has not been verified. The site says the account gets verfied automatically but haven't been verified for over a year. I now need it verified but cant get hold of anyone. Its like the business no longer exsists. So now you dont know if your funds are safe because you cant get hold of anyone and they don't respond to tickets logged. I Use to think that these guys changed the came but with services like this, i would not recommend to anyone anymore
