Please urgently advise on the status of my RA transfer from OM to EE

This has been dragging on for over 7 months now, and i could understand if only someone talked to me???

I would furthrtmore appreciate ANY FEEDBACK regarding the following matter

PLEASE ADVISE on the exact cost TER of all three the EE AMETF’s I am asking these questions as I am reconsidering my investment regarding RA’s at EE
