Unreasonably long verification process

Completed dissapointed with the service received on easy equities. Signed up over a week ago and uploaded the required documents. Over a week later my status still shows as pending while on their website they claim that the FICA verification process will take "24-36 hours process".

Such an unreasonable waiting period and considering using other platforms.
