Unpaid dividends - Interest

In 2019 I have invested in NFGOVI and was supposed to receive interest as per the SENS every month. From 2019 to 2022 I never receive a single cent interest. I have sent spreadsheets and SENS references. I query this every month and the response is "we are looking into it." It is now four years later and I still have not received my interest. Because it is impossible to communicate with anyone, there is no accountability. Even on Hellopeter, there is not a single response from them. If anyone managed to get email address of Mr Savage or Gary van Dyk, please send.
