Unfair treatment on registration

<p>I tried to register online with Easy Equities but the form rejected my ID number. I contacted their helpdesk and Lerato said it was a sytem problem and forwarded a manual application form and requirements for me to sign up. The manual form was far more comprehensive and detailed than their online form and her requirements included certified copies of ID, certified copies of proof of residence and a bank statement stamped by the bank. None of these documents require certification or stamps if you apply through their normal online system. So why I am being victimised just because their system decided to not recognise my ID? I questioned Lerato about this and she gave no explanation but just a very blunt response and just said there was no other way. This is absolutely pathetic service and Easy Equities have just lost a potential client because of it. I would not recommend for anyone to sign up with these guys if they cannot even manage to make their registration process seamless.</p>
