After investing with Easy Equities more than 4 years ago. I have tried for the last two weeks to get hold of them, to get clarification on issues. When you try and contact them via phone, it just goes to a covid message. When you log in on their help line, you get an automated number and promises of getting back to you. Facebook is a joke, Eventually after approximately 20 attempts I got someone on messenger. Who promised me that I would be contacted at 9:00am this morning. Of course nothing ever transpired.
