Unable to withraw my money since march

The service you guys are providing to help your clients is disgusting pile of ******* and very frustrating. are you ******** me my money, does it now belong to you since you wont allow me to withdraw it? i have been logging calls with you and calling in with no help on either platform, all my requests are not attended to since before lockdown.
