Unable to rmy money from the easy equity

On the third as per below email send to easy equity struggling to withdraw my money..they came back and responded to me on the 5th saying that the money is gonna be available to withdraw on the 7th..but to my surprise nothing on the 7th.and they responded again after I did a follow-up on the 8th saying that the money is available for withdrawal..But nothing was available to withdraw..I even went to Thier Facebook n send a message but still no winning..please 🙏🙏🥺 intervine and assist..
