Unable to execute a buy transaction/order

There is an amount available for investment, but for the last 2 weeks or so, I have been trying to make some investment with that amount, but whey I execute a buy transaction, I get the message which says "Your transaction has already taken place." I even thinking of just selling everything and try to withdraw all my money from easy equities
