Trying to Transfer TFSA to Easy Equity – No Progress Since May

Been trying to transfer my TFSAs from another financial institution to EE since May.

I’ve done the online transfer as instructed about 4 times, but nothing happens. I log a ticket, follow up, and then get a new ticket number and another generic apology.

I even downloaded the form, filled it in manually and emailed it to both companies. EE just told me I have to do it online. I’ve explained that the online process doesn’t work, but I’m still going in circles.

It’s now August and I’m still waiting for a transfer I started in May.

I guess low fees also mean low customer support? Very frustrating.
