Try to get YOUR money back!

Great concept. I was quite happy with what I got when I registered. Everything went well until I wanted to withdraw some money... I am now at a stage where I fear I might not get it... Apparently they need to verify my bank account; whatever that's supposed to mean. I've followed the steps on the website, as well as those set out in the automated e-mail response I received when I opened a ticket a number of times (at least those are the same!) and... nothing...!
