Transfer money to Cryto!

I've been struggling for months now without any luck. I logged thousands of tickets but still no one helped me or resolved the problem.

all I want to do is transfer money from my wife South African account with her consent to her crypto account but for some reason the page just don't want to load and take the transfer!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is no one to call because they don't have a call center anymore so this is even much more frustrating. their help desk sucks if there was an option to give them 0 stars I would love to that.
