Transaction without my authority

My Name is Linda Humphrey Ma****, and I'm a invest of easy equities. I recently deposit R500 inside my Fund account so I can later invest in the equities I choose to go into, but as I check this money was transacted without my saying .Till today I'm yet to get an explanation about the matter in hand. To add on my confusion why would I purchase e.g a Sygnia S&P 500 index plus add a Satrix S&P 500 🤷♀️,it doesn't make sense ...anyway I'm yet to get an explanation before I go Legal(I'm not joking)
