Total frustration with Easy Equities lack or contact and service responce

I app**** and was accepted, however, this is where the problem started. The Easy Equities KYC (Know Your Customer) process is still waiting to be done. After 3 days of messaging, sending tickets, sending emails and trying to phone (with not 1 reply), I still do not know what the problem is. EE have even sent me an email saying your account is open but you have not stated trading (how stupid). I have a large sum of money to invest and am now placing it in Etoro as their KYC process is instant. Easy Equities has the worst service experience I have seen in years. I suggest you try another trading platform. I am.
