This very frustrating!

I've been with EE for quite some time. I have been taking it slow, but I am still learning.

I recently noticed my available amount to invest is -R300 because I don't thrive. I wasn't aware of this. I recently found the mail regarding this "Thrive" information but I am not in agreement. Sending a mail and assuming I read all mails and now my account is in a negative. I wasn't "thriving" because I was still deciding and learning.

I would like to cancel my whole account please. Take your R300 and transfer the rest to another TFSA of my choice. But this seems impossible. This is my second ticket I am logging regarding this. The only response I received was someone explaining how easy it is to Thrive. I don't care and I don't agree with this business model.
