Terrible to non-existent customer service. Communication is not part of their vocabulary.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I got a notification on Friday that my Account Verification is due and that it is taking longer than usual. I logged a support ticket on Monday since this notification was still up on my account. It's now Thursday and I am still trying to get them to review/verify my account. The most frustrating thing right now is that I am unable to place bids for new investments, perform inter-account transfers, withdraw funds or anything at all.

I have been with Easy Equities for over 7 years now and I have never had an issue before, but upon searching for reviews, it seems this is how they conduct their business. Do yourself a favour and find alternative platforms with similar benefits that won't give you hassles when trying to access your OWN money.
