terrible support service

Deserve a negative 10 rating. i recently registered. account was verified but unable to still login. when i try to retrieve username it says "user name for this email and DOB does not exist". support absolutely sucks and sends the same email for retrieval of username and i told them in 10 support tickets that this is not working and can they assist with me getting into my account. you guys are dealing with peoples monies but there is no way to contact you besides online. this is terribly frustrating
